Rp8 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the rp8 platform, including the official website at rp8.onl, the rp8 mobile app, and all related services offered by rp8.

Rp8 is an online entertainment platform offering a range of services including sports betting, Live Casino, slot games, and table games. The platform operates under an internationally recognised gambling licence and is independently audited by an accredited regulatory body.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Policy:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 for most payment methods.

• Rp8 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

Withdrawal Policy:

9 Liability Limits

Rp8 is not responsible for:

• Losses suffered due to technical disruptions, internet service outages, or circumstances beyond rp8's control.
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment service providers.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Data loss resulting from damage to the user's device or system.

Should rp8 be found liable for any losses, rp8's maximum liability is limited to the total amount you have deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim.
